Use Your Waste Cooking Oil To Produce 50 Liters Of Biodiesel A Day
This is a no fuss must have gadget for anyone who uses biodiesel fuel. You just pour it in, and it does everything for you!
FuelPod2 is a automatic home biofuel processor. Just pour that used fryer oil into one end, it filters out whatever food remnants may be in there, and out the other comes a cheap and ecologically pleasant biodiesel. The fuel is good enough to run any standard diesel engined car without modifications, and it won’t affect your performance either. It’s cheaper, which means that it should pay for itself very quickly, especially with the astronomical price of crude at the moment. You just need to find some friendly local restaurants to donate, and you’ll be off!

These are some great ideas! Pretty soon we’ll all have jet packs and flying cars.

There is a HUGE difference between oil that has all the particles filtered out of it and Biodiesel. If it made Biodiesel, it would be true you can run any diesel engine on it. However, unless this does a complex chemical reaction called transestherification, which has glycerin as a bi-product, you need to pre-heat it before it enters the engine. Device would be great for people with converted cars.

The manufacturers can be found here http://www.greenfuels.co.uk/news.htm
It uses methanol as an ingredient, then heating and mixing, so would appear to transesterify the oil, if I understand the process correctly.
Sounds nice to me
