Robots Made From Recycled Parts
Do you have any broken electronics laying around the house? Maybe an old camera, or a mixer, or hand radio? Have you ever wondered what you should do with that broken stuff? Maybe you should make little pieces of art with them like Bennett Robot Works has.
Gordon Bennett builds each robot from items found primarily in landfills. The sculptures range from 14″ to 25″ and cost anywhere from $950 to $6,000. Certainly for that price, these were not meant to be toys. The robots offer a new way to recycle old “junk” and certainly make good conversation starters.
