Remote Control Solar Spotlight

No wiring to fuss with—this feature-packed light is solar powered! The two spots each have five super-bright, high-intensity LEDs that cast light up to 20 feet. They operate independently—use the remote control to turn them on and off, or adjust the brightness from up to 20 feet away. The spots swivel 360° so you can direct the light where you need it. Just stake in the ground, or mount to a wall or post.

This will run you about $60 per light.

One of the problems of the consumerist society is that there is too much light everywhere you go. Lights are put in place by people who have no thought for whether they’re actually needed and they often make it more difficult for others to see where they’re going. In some places, lights like this will be useful, but mostly they will be bought and implemented for no reason other than because the purchaser can afford to, and thus will feed consumerism.

    hey D.
    dont be such a nerd.
lighting is half the problem , and consumerism is a byproduct of low self esteem which i assume you suffer from.
