		<description>How much extra fuel is used in carrying the weight of that bag and the solar panels around ?

It's a nice idea but like so many "green" things that you can do I suspect this is only making you feel better and not actually helping the environment.

I do see potential in this... maybe it could actually reduce the fuel usage one day.</description>
